1. Use of the Website

• This Website provides information about our services, including sleep health coordination, home sleep studies, and therapy support.

• You may browse the site freely, but by submitting any forms or engaging with our services, you agree to provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Airway Care Pty Ltd does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment. All services are coordinated with registered medical professionals. Our team includes trained Sleep Health Clinicians who support the facilitation of home sleep studies and therapy products — but they are not medical doctors or registered health practitioners.

Home sleep studies are referred by your GP and facilitated by Sleep Health Clinicians. All study data are sent to, scored, and interpreted by qualified sleep physicians who provide any diagnosis or treatment recommendations. Any formal diagnosis or treatment plan comes from your GP or a certified sleep doctor, not from our staff.

We strongly encourage you to follow up with your GP or a certified sleep specialist for any medical advice or treatment needs.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & Fees

• All bookings must be made by, or on behalf of, adult patients via a healthcare provider referral.

• A $180 administrative service fee is payable at your first appointment. This fee covers non-clinical services such as coordination and administrative support related to your engagement with Airway Care. This fee is not related to Medicare and is not Medicare-rebatable.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $80.

• By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept any applicable service fees and cancellation conditions.

4. Products, Refunds, and Replacements

• No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind purchases or therapy devices.

• If a product is damaged or faulty, we will offer a replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.

• All product-related enquiries must be made within a reasonable timeframe from the date of receipt.

5. Age Restrictions

This Website and the services offered are intended for users 18 years or older. Bookings must be made by or on behalf of an adult patient, typically under the guidance of a healthcare provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and layout — is the property of Airway Care Pty Ltd or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any part of the Website content without our written consent.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
